Wow! Can you believe it’s the 3rd February already?? Well saying that January was a pretty long month. Today I’m sharing my favourite things I have used throughout January.
I got this bronzer, blush, highlight trio at Christmas and I absolutely LOVEE them! Granted the bronzer would be better in summer because it is warm toned but who sticks to all of the “rules of makeup”? The blusher contains three colours (Completely forgot to show you the inside but I’ll leave a link to them so you can check them out). Highlight is probably my favourite face makeup product and I see some pretty extravagant ones on facebook and twitter but I could never afford them but this one does me well. It’s a lovely shade of pink and certainly lights up my cheek bones. All three start of quite subtle at first but are very buildable which is great.
I have loved my original Lipsticks for well over a year now but have been absolutely obsessed with the two I got for Christmas. They’re so moisturising on the lip which is awesome and there are sooo many amazing colours. These two are 107 and 30.You can check out the rest of my collection here.
I’ve also been loving my makeup fixing spray. I have known about these sprays for years but never got round to getting one so at Christmas I decided to just go for it and get one and I love it. I really helps lock my makeup to my skin and make it last all day. If you have been undecided on whether to get one I recommend you do, I couldn’t live without this now!
Along with most of this months favourites, I also got Zoella’s body mist for Christmas. I absolutely love this sent, it really does smell like gingerbread! I believe it was part of her limited Christmas range which sucks because I would happily wear this all year round! Although I am really happy my sister kindly gave me her baby sized one so that’s great.
I have had this body wash for a while now and I really wanted to share it with you. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you’ll know I have quite sensitive skin so I struggle to try new products sometimes. When I ran out of my last body wash I wanted to find something even better so I went on a hunt. I was standing in Asda for about half an hour procrastinating on which to buy when a lovely woman showed me this and said it should help my excema (she didn’t work there she just heard me talk about how it needs to be sensitive skin safe for ages to my friend). Thank God she showed me because I absolutely LOVE IT! My skin has never felt so smooth, I don’t think I’ll change to anything else again. I highly recommend this to anyone with damaged or sensitive skin or even if you just want really soft silky skin.
So a few weeks ago I went to buy a new note book and after half an hour looking and nearly giving up trying to find the perfect book I came across these. Have you ever seen something so perfect in your life? They came in a pack of two and cost about 70p if I remember correctly. I scared to write anything in them in case I don’t like it. They were behind loads of other books so I was lucky to find them, and they were the last ones. I love them so much!
My mum bought me this a while ago and I’m obsessed! I have wanted one for soooo long, I have seen so many people have them and wanted one of my own so bad and now I’ve finally got one! I think you’ll be seeing this a lot this year, actually I know you will.
Lastly I wanted to mention two artists I’ve been loving. Bea Miller and Alexi Blue. You should check them both out you won’t regret it! Alexi has also just released a new EP called Tri Me which you should definitely check out.
So that’s all. What’s your favourite thing on my list? Have a great day.
